1st Echo- Pregame, vague memories of the Hakurei Shrine due to the Shrine in Japan Town looking similar and her old prayer stick.
2nd Echo- Shortly after arriving, the memory of dueling Marisa with magic during the Fake Moon Incident (a.k.a. Imperishable Night, Stage 4 (Uncanny), Magic Team Route). The battle ended inconclusively. Naturally she doesn't remember the full context, but does remember part of the pre-battle conversation (specifically the part where Marisa acts she's about to confess to having caused the incident only to turn around and blame Alice instead).
3rd Echo-After Sanae returns to Locke City and the two meet for the first time. Her first meeting, and fight, with Sanae in Mountain of Faith, as well her name and the fact that she's another powerful shrine maiden like herself.
4th Echo (chronologically 5th)- After Witnessing Marisa's Master Spark. Memories of the name and general appearance of Yuuka Kazami, and the fact that she was the one who first used Master Spark, with Marisa having copied and adapted the technique from her.

Personality:
usual moods Reimu is an extremely lazy girl who dislikes training and would much prefer lazing around her shrine all day drinking tea to doing her job. This is often to the point where when an incident occurs she will usually wait until the last possible second to get involved, often when it starts to personally inconvenience her in some way. Naturally she gets involved more quickly if the instigator does something provoke her, like destroy her shrine. However once she does get moving, she's actually very good at her job, and her shrine is pretty well taken care of at least, so she certainly isn't lazy about day to day chores. She can also be a bit money grubbing at times due to the lack of donations her shrine gets, not outright greedy, but money is still definitely a concern for her.
interaction with others Reimu is known to treat everyone the same regardless of who they are or what species they are. This is not necessarily a good thing all the time, especially during an Incident, because she gets very aggressive, confrontational and trigger happy while in Incident Mode, with her usual method involving beating up anyone who gets in her way until someone points her in the direction of the culprit, but when relaxing around the shrine normally she's friendly enough so long as you don't harass her, although she can still come off as a bit grumpy on occasion. She has a habit of inviting the people responsible for causing an incident back to her shrine for tea so they can explain why they caused all the trouble, and often befriends them this way. She's also will be a little bit nicer to new people visiting her shrine for the first time in hopes they'll donate.
interactions with friends She doesn't really treat her friends that much differently than she treats anyone else, in keeping with the above. The ones who come by frequently might get a bit more grump and snark though, especially the ones who enjoy harassing her, like Yukari, and Marisa or certain freeloader Oni who like to drink all her sake (Suika). Mostly this is on the surface though. She does actually care about her friends a bit more than she does random acquaintances, but it's not something she usually shows and it isn't particularly obvious most of the time. This is because despite the fact that she's pretty well liked by some humans and most youkai, she actually tries to keep a certain amount of distance from her friends and doesn't regard anyone as special due to the fact that the Hakurei Miko needs to remain impartial and can't afford to take sides if she's to maintain balance in Gensokyo. This actually leaves her kind of lonely on the inside.

Canon Powers:
Aside from the divine power she can tap into due to her bloodline and Shrine Maiden duties, Reimu's unique ability is "the ability to fly in the sky," which doesn't sound unique at first because everyone can fly in Touhou (even Marisa probably, though she prefers to use a broom to go with her Witch motif), but Reimu did not always have this ability and her power goes beyond normal flight. Under the right condition she can allow herself to fly away from reality, making her completely intangible and thus impossible to hit. It's said that in this state she'd be impossible to beat through any method, but so far she hasn't ever done this consciously and has only really used this ability to this extent in her Last Word from Imperishable Night, Fantasy Heaven/Fantasy Nature.
She apparently can also Manipulate/Sense Auras, but this is only ever mentioned in ESoD's manual and she's never shown using this ability.
She's also pretty good at making barriers, though that might be tied into her divine Hakurei powers too.

Fantasy Heaven/Nature [Almighty] - Reimu closes her eyes and uses her power of flight to fly away from reality, becoming intangible and impossible to hit as a complex rain of ofuda, needles and yin yang orbs aims itself at the target. As this is a Time Out Card, it only lasts for about one minute and for the sake of the rp can only be used once a day.
Canon Weapons|Items:
The Hakurei Yin Yang Orbs [Light] - The sacred weapon of the Hakurei Family, used by the Miko of the Hakurei for generations. They have a variety of uses, anything from direct weapons that can be shot or thrown at opponents, to mobile turrets that can fire ofuda, spirit needles or amulets at opponents, to giving Reimu the ability to eat as much as she wants without ever getting fat. Subterranean Animism also established that she can use them to communicate with others from a distance if she splits one off and leaves it with them.
Reimu's Prayer Stick/Shide/Gohei/whatever you call it [Physical, Light] - A traditional Miko tool that Reimu uses to focus her Shot Type abilities. It can also be used to hit people at close range if she has to.
Ofuda/Homing Talismans [Light] - One of Reimu's standard Shot Types. Traditionally, O-fuda are talismans used in exorcisms to damage or seal evil spirits and youkai. Reimu's can be used as homing shots.
Persuasion Needles [Light] - Reimu's other Shot Type. Long metal needles that can also be used to damage evil spirits and youkai in exorcisims. Unlike the ofuda, these are fairly standard bullets that aren't homing, but they do more concentrated damage.
Canon Allies:
Genji the Turtle - Reimu's Shikigami familiar who, when Reimu was younger and didn't know how to fly yet, ferried her around on her Youkai Hunting Expeditions. Since she learned to fly on her own he's retired to the pond behind the Shrine. Still he's good as some kind of company.

This is not necessarily a good thing all the time, especially during an Incident, because she gets very aggressive, confrontational and trigger happy while in Incident Mode, with her usual method involving beating up anyone who gets in her way until someone points her in the direction of the culprit, but when relaxing around the shrine normally she's friendly enough so long as you don't harass her, although she can still come off as a bit grumpy on occasion. She has a habit of inviting the people responsible for causing an incident back to her shrine for tea so they can explain why they caused all the trouble, and often befriends them this way. She's also will be a little bit nicer to new people visiting her shrine for the first time in hopes they'll donate.
interactions with friends She doesn't really treat her friends that much differently than she treats anyone else, in keeping with the above. The ones who come by frequently might get a bit more grump and snark though, especially the ones who enjoy harassing her, like Yukari, and Marisa or certain freeloader Oni who like to drink all her sake (Suika). Mostly this is on the surface though. She does actually care about her friends a bit more than she does random acquaintances, but it's not something she usually shows and it isn't particularly obvious most of the time. This is because despite the fact that she's pretty well liked by some humans and most youkai, she actually tries to keep a certain amount of distance from her friends and doesn't regard anyone as special due to the fact that the Hakurei Miko needs to remain impartial and can't afford to take sides if she's to maintain balance in Gensokyo. This actually leaves her kind of lonely on the inside.

Canon Powers:
Aside from the divine power she can tap into due to her bloodline and Shrine Maiden duties, Reimu's unique ability is "the ability to fly in the sky," which doesn't sound unique at first because everyone can fly in Touhou (even Marisa probably, though she prefers to use a broom to go with her Witch motif), but Reimu did not always have this ability and her power goes beyond normal flight. Under the right condition she can allow herself to fly away from reality, making her completely intangible and thus impossible to hit. It's said that in this state she'd be impossible to beat through any method, but so far she hasn't ever done this consciously and has only really used this ability to this extent in her Last Word from Imperishable Night, Fantasy Heaven/Fantasy Nature.
She apparently can also Manipulate/Sense Auras, but this is only ever mentioned in ESoD's manual and she's never shown using this ability.
She's also pretty good at making barriers, though that might be tied into her divine Hakurei powers too.

Fantasy Heaven/Nature [Almighty] - Reimu closes her eyes and uses her power of flight to fly away from reality, becoming intangible and impossible to hit as a complex rain of ofuda, needles and yin yang orbs aims itself at the target. As this is a Time Out Card, it only lasts for about one minute and for the sake of the rp can only be used once a day.
Canon Weapons|Items:
The Hakurei Yin Yang Orbs [Light] - The sacred weapon of the Hakurei Family, used by the Miko of the Hakurei for generations. They have a variety of uses, anything from direct weapons that can be shot or thrown at opponents, to mobile turrets that can fire ofuda, spirit needles or amulets at opponents, to giving Reimu the ability to eat as much as she wants without ever getting fat. Subterranean Animism also established that she can use them to communicate with others from a distance if she splits one off and leaves it with them.
Reimu's Prayer Stick/Shide/Gohei/whatever you call it [Physical, Light] - A traditional Miko tool that Reimu uses to focus her Shot Type abilities. It can also be used to hit people at close range if she has to.
Ofuda/Homing Talismans [Light] - One of Reimu's standard Shot Types. Traditionally, O-fuda are talismans used in exorcisms to damage or seal evil spirits and youkai. Reimu's can be used as homing shots.
Persuasion Needles [Light] - Reimu's other Shot Type. Long metal needles that can also be used to damage evil spirits and youkai in exorcisims. Unlike the ofuda, these are fairly standard bullets that aren't homing, but they do more concentrated damage.
Canon Allies:
Genji the Turtle - Reimu's Shikigami familiar who, when Reimu was younger and didn't know how to fly yet, ferried her around on her Youkai Hunting Expeditions. Since she learned to fly on her own he's retired to the pond behind the Shrine. Still he's good as some kind of company.
